Frequently asked questions
Everything about numbers, codes, refunds and payments.
What is a virtual number?
It is a real mobile number from a carrier or a virtual operator that you rent for a short time to receive an SMS. You use it to verify an account on a website or app without giving out your personal number.
What happens if no code arrives?
You can cancel the number from the order page while no SMS has arrived, and the full price goes back to your balance. If you do nothing, the number expires when its timer (shown on the order page) runs out and is refunded automatically.
How long can I use a number?
Activation numbers are meant for a single verification. They stay active for a short window to receive the code. After the code arrives you can finish the order.
Why do some operators have lower success rates?
Some services block certain number ranges from time to time. The success rate shown next to each operator is based on recent deliveries, so pick the highest rate when it matters.
How do I add balance?
Open Balance in your dashboard and top up with cryptocurrency (USDT and others). The amount is credited once the payment is confirmed on the network.
Can I get a refund of my balance?
Unused balance stays on your account and does not expire. Contact support if you have a problem with a payment.
Is it allowed to use these numbers?
You may use numbers only for lawful purposes and in line with the rules of the service you are signing up for. Accounts used for fraud, spam or abuse are suspended.
